Here's a new addition to our doggie family. He's about six weeks old and belongs to my daughter & grand daughter. The mother had three pups and two have been given to friends already. They didn't seem to have any particular name so I called him "Fluffer" while he was here with them over the holidays. The picture doesn't show his very peachy color very well. His daddy belongs to my cousin across from me and he is a pomeranian. The mother is mixed with half pomeranian and who knows what. He is just the most lovable little thing. My daughter just doesn't have the time to be with the mother and a poodle she also has and is supposed to try to find new homes for them asap. Not easy with so many dogs in an upstairs apartment and she's not there much during the day. We will also have another addition to our family. Son #2 and his wife are expecting a new baby. This was really a big surprise!
Thanskgiving is over but there's still turkey in the fridge. We didn't stuff the turkey but we certainly stuffed ourselves. I always cook the dressing after the turkey comes out of the electric roaster. That dressing seems to have something addictive in it. Maybe it's the sage:) My daughter and grand daughter were here from Thursday morn til Saturday eve. Saturday, she put paneling in the storage/doggie motel but there's still a few sheets to be put up when she gets time. I really need the storage space and the doggies don't seem to mind my stuff in there.
Speaking of Oscar & Meyers, they disappeard for a couple of days and nights but finally made it back. I think maybe they found a camp back in the hunting club with plenty of scraps. It is hunting season and lots of people spend the holidays at their camps. Very thankful I don't have to do that anymore!! Hated it!! I'm close enough to the woods right here..........

Oh how gorgeous he is! My great-aunt had a Pom. Congratulations that you are going to be a grand-ma again.
What a sweet little puppy. I hope they find a good home for it. If I was closer to you and I wasn't working I'd take it for sure. My old beagle won't be around much longer and although I've said no more dogs I'm leaning toward getting another. I've had a dog in my life for as long as I can remember and being by myself I'd hate it being alone. Sounds like it was a great Thanksgiving for you. 'On Ya'-ma
Goh what a cutie! Glas O & M are back.
What a darling little pup! Oh the thought of house breaking a puppy makes me break out in hives. LOL !! Linda in Washington state
He's adorable! Congratulations Grandma - how exciting, a new baby to cuddle. I'm still a waddlin from our day spent with a turkey. Take care and have a wonderful week my friend,

What a cute puppy. I just can't take care of a doggie or I would want that one. Kitty's kind of take care of themselves (for the most part). I agree, there is just something about stuffing.
Hugs, Joyce
Alice, I'm so happy for you with a new grandbaby on the way, and a new puppy. You will be busy...it's good to be busy...
